Why Do The Tucson Chargers Need Funds?
The
costs involved with running the Charger association are greater than
the amount that we can charge for registration. Practice lights,
equipment, insurance and other costs too numerous to list here are
involved in keeping this association running. Therefore the Chargers
depend on support from our business community to supplement our budget
in order to make this the best sports experience possible for our
children.
How Many People Will See My Sponsorship Message?
Depending
on the medium that you choose this can range anywhere from 500-25,000
people! Last year we had 124 participants in Football and Cheer and
this year we hope to nearly double that amount. Our home games at
Catalina Foothills High School will host several games per day and as a
Tucson Chargers sponsor - that's a lot of
parents, grandparents and friends that will be seeing your message.
Please don't forget that any donation to the Tucson
Chargers is 100% tax-deductible.
What Are My Sponsorship Options?
- Banner Sponsorship: $1000.00 - How does reaching 25,000 people throughout the football season with advertising that's 100% tax-deductible sound? To kick off the season we are looking for sponsors that wish to host 6' x 8' banners that will be displayed around the Catalina Foothills High School football field throughout the Chargers/Falcons Football seasons. That means not only will your banner be seen by all of the families and fans of the Tucson Youth Football and Cheer teams that play on the field during our four home games days, but also all of the Catalina Foothills High School football home games as well.
- Merchandise Logo Placement: Costs can vary due to item - Let the Chargers wear your name proudly! Add your logo to the Cheer Team t-shirts, Football t-shirts, water bottles, or promotional merchandise that we will offer throughout the season.

a Portion of Additional Equipment: We are looking to add
to the Charger inventory of necessary uniforms and equipment. The Cheer
Team needs warm-ups for those colder Fall mornings and both the Cheer
and Football Teams need duffle bags to haul their equipment. Duffle
bags cost approx. $350.00 |

Field Equipment: We are looking for a few good companies
to help us procure some kid-sized tackle sleds, blocking equipment and
other practice equipment. Can you help? Earmark your donation to
our total need of $10,000 this year.
- Website Advertising: $250.00

Add a banner or your logo to the top right area of our
website in rotation with other banners or to specific pages like our
News Page to let our players, parents and visitors know of your support as they
log onto our website for critical team info. The website will be our
main mode of team-wide communications so they'll be sure to see your
business name and we we will include a link to your website as part of
the package! |

Your
donations of $100-$200 will cover the costs of a flag or tackle
football player or cheerleader that otherwise could not afford to
play/participate on the team. We will list on a board/banner at the
concession stand and at the entrance to the practice field the names of
the people and/or businesses that contribute to this worthy category.
